Ocular Migraine

An Ocular Migraine occurs when the capilarries to your eyes constrict the blood flow and cuase temporary bursts of light and blindness. This happened to me last night and freaked me out completely. Luckly its similar to a headache and went away.

I Hate IE

There I said it. I feel like thats a tough thing to say. I was an IE zealot for a long time, becuase IE used to be the best in the browsers wars between IE/Netscape, but like most winners, IE got too cocky and there hasn’t been a serious update (besides security holes) in years.

ASPCA

A very hot weekend, with the daytime high hitting 92 degrees over the weekend. With some free time on saturday I finally beat KoTOR (my first game beaten on the xbox). Sunday, Shannon and I walked about 20 blocks to the ASPCA cat and dog fair over on boathouse row.

Mozilla and Safari CSS Margins

One of the more difficult things I fought with trying to get this css layout, was the different margins that IE6 and Mozzilla display for the same margin width. A 15px width margin is alot smaller in Mozzilla than in IE with was causing the middle and right columns to press up against the left most edge. Below is the solution I found to fix this:

Andy Kaufman Returns

He’s back! or is he? The intarweb was abuzz today as numerous reports that Andy Kaufman has played the biggest hoax of them all, faking his own death. After nearly 20 years “Kaufman” started and blog and submitted an interview and new photos to the internet to prep his big return to the world.
