Text-Based Adventure

Ahh, the days of Zork, “You see a window in the house it is ajar, what do you want to do?”. Those were my earliest memories of video games (I am not sure about the video part). Well fear not, the fine folks over at Waxy.org have created an AOL Instant Messager version of such classics like Adventure, Deadline, Zork and more. All you need to do is IM InfocomBot, InfocomBot2 or InfocomBot3 and choose your game. You can even save and restore you progress just by typing save or restore. Very cool.

Memorial Day Vacation

Wow, what a tiring week its been. Starting last friday, Shannon and I hit up a new club called (for us) called Tribecca Nightclub for free water-downed drink which we got becuase a friend of a friend won a 2 hour free party there. Saturday we mixed comedy with boozing and had a riot listening to and watching Dane Cook, Marget Cho and Soul Plane. Sunday night I had people over my place to chill and watch some movies and tv.
