If you want to know about me, you’ve hit paydirt

I was born in the early morning of June 15, 1978 in the smallest state in the union. I was fortunate enough to be raised in a house that was an early adopter of technology. We were some of the first people in Rhode Island connecting to BBS’s and the public library freenets. Most likely due to my early fascination with puzzles, I developed a passion for video games and programming.
It was these hobbies that molded my choices for studies at college. I attended Syracuse University mainly because it was one of the few schools that was offering 3D modeling at the time in 1995. I focused on low polygon modeling for video game development, however during the start of the dot-com boom, the opportunities at start-up web development firms were a greater lure. It was at that time that I learned everything I could about web development, including design, programming, databases and servers.
I am currently the Creative Director for a large internet advertising company based in Philadelphia, PA. My specialties include consulting for startups, project management, front end web development, designing unique user experiences for high-traffic websites and creating stylized branding for web properties. In addition, I have extensive experience with photo retouching and layouts for magazines and print.
I listen to mostly electronic music, especially Electo, Trip-Hop and Drum & Bass. I am a fan of post-modern art, graffiti and anything that falls in the cyberpunk genre. I am an avid book reader focused mostly on science-fiction, programming, art and religious history.
A green tea drinker and an recent wine enthusiast, I have no known allergies and have yet to taste a food I dislike, if its edible, I can guarantee that I will eat it.
On Sept. 29th 2006 I married a steely blue-eyed girl I met in college named Shannon. We have an amazing pug named Bingley, who is a constant source of laughs. He has encouraged Shannon and I to become active in the animal rights and humane communities.
