Fanjita has done it again! An EBOOT loader for firmware versions 2.0+ using the GTA save game exploit of course. Unfortunately it does not work for 2.6 firmware users.

Video Game Endings

Game Revolution is undertaking the noble task of trying to put some of the greatest “old school” game endings of all time together and have a library of game ending history for download at its website. The “old school” criterion indicates 8 and 16-bit conclusions, which got me thinking about my formative gaming years. What game endings were worth the work? What ones would I want to watch again? Mega Man II sprung to mind immediately. What “old school” endings would you want to see?

Leaked Oblivion screens

A pile of unofficial Oblivion screenshots briefly appeared on at least one Internet forum, and Gaming-360 was lucky enough to snag the link before moderators removed it. The 26 images are not the sharpest we’ve seen, but they expose some details about the menu interface, as well as show off a few of the game’s locales and Bethesda’s impressive character design. If these don’t make you hungry for Oblivion’s debut—keep your fingers crossed—in March, then nothing will.

Empire at War Demo

The disturbance in the Force gamers recently felt was the frantic clicking of computer mice by Star Wars fans across the globe. The highly anticipated Star Wars: Empire at War demo is now available from GameSpot.

Empire at War is a real-time strategy game set in the Star Wars universe. The 741MB demo gives a basic breakdown of the game in the form of five tutorials and one galactic conquest map. In the full retail version, gamers can control either the Rebellion and fight for galactic harmony (boooooring) or take the side of the Empire and crush the attempts of young Skywalker and his band of meddling freedom fighters.
