Site Redesign: Sakura
Sakura is japanese for cherry blossom, which was the foundation for the colors on this remix. The colors were chosen becuase they (pink and brown) are the colors that my finace, Shannon, chose for our upcoming wedding. This is a tribute to that occasion with my own personal twist.
This recent design futhers my attempts to create the cleanest CSS based site I can. There is an absolute minimum of markup, images and redundant CSS. Most sites I have seen, seem to be moving in the same direction, however most people think that CSS controlled layouts need to all look the same and be minimal in graphic content. Luckily more people seem to be pushing the envelopes everyday. Lets keep it up CSS foot soliders!
I know not all the pages are themed yet, I will have it completed shortly…
Update:
Pages should be themed and working now. Whats left? The CSS is not shorthand, which I plan on doing, the Photo gallery I was using is serverly dated, so I am working on a new solution. I also need to test for legacy browsers, but I could care less really about those folks.
Update 2: Everything should be in order, CSS is nice a clean. Lemme know if you spot any bugs.
